All's well that ends well

AS A FAMILY-RUN small business, each and every order we receive means a great deal to us. We personally inspect and pack each purchase. Furthermore, after your order has shipped, we track it to keep an eye on it until it is delivered to your home. The deal isn't closed until you receive your order and are happy with it. We treat our customers the same way that we would expect to be treated ourselves.

What follows is a copy of a letter of appreciation that we received from our customer Angie. Although her order shipped promptly, most orders are processed within 24 hours, due in part to the holiday crush that carriers experience, it took several weeks to reach her. Look up the definition of patience in the dictionary and you'll likely see a picture of Angie. We are so honored to have our sleepwear being worn by the bride and her bridesmaids.

"Ordering matching pajamas for a bridal party was not as easy as I assumed it would be. Finding the right colors in quality fabric at a price I could afford was a real challenge. Thankfully I found the Needham Lane web site. The site was easy to navigate and worked exactly as it should. With the variety of colors, styles, and sizes available, I found exactly what I needed! So many cute styles, colors, and patterns to choose from.

However, the most amazing part of my experience with Needham Lane was the customer service.

I was contacted the very next day to make sure I received the confirmation email and later that same day I received notice that my order had shipped. Through no fault of the Needham Lane, my order took a very long and circuitous route to get to me. Needham Lane knew my order was lost before I did. They tracked it every day, followed up with the post office, filed a missing package report...all without me having to do anything. I received regular e-mails (and the occasional phone call) from Needham Lane with updates. Needham Lane was ready to replace my order at no cost to me. Amazingly enough, my original order arrived before we had to do that.

I had such an amazing experience with Needham Lane that I can’t wait to order from them again. They offer a great product paired with unmatched customer service.
